Jeff Sullivan is the Director of Systemwide Athletics for Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), overseeing interscholastic athletics for 25 high schools and 40 middle schools. Under his leadership, MCPS Athletics has become an innovative program, introducing a robust sports medicine program and new sports like girls’ flag football and pickleball, making MCPS the first district in the nation to offer pickleball as a varsity sport. Jeff begins a two-year term (2024-2026) as President of the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) and holds several committee positions. He is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) and earned his doctorate from Howard University.

Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master of Science in Adult and Technical Education from Marshall University, along with specialized training in Teacher Education and Learning Sciences from North Carolina State University. As a Career and Technical Education teacher specializing in Business and Entrepreneurship, he shares practical knowledge and inspires the ambitious spirit in his students. Currently, Steve serves as the Vice President of the Athletic Directors Association and the District Athletic Director for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where he oversees athletics for a network of 21 high schools and 47 middle schools.

Andee Bouwhuis
Director of Athletics
Deseret Peak High School, UT
Born and raised in Montana, Andee was a multisport athlete with a swim scholarship to the University of North Dakota. After graduating, she moved to Utah to teach math and science while coaching at Bingham High School. Over her 21-year coaching career, she led the SouthWest Aquatic Team and Bingham High before becoming the full-time Athletic Director. For the past 10 years, she has served as Bingham's Athletic Director and is currently president of the UIAAA. She currently serves as the Athletic Director of Deseret Peak High School and established a female athletic directors group to support women in leadership roles.

SDUSD has 17 high schools with athletic programs, seven multi-campus high schools, and 32 middle school athletic programs. SDCC has 23 full member schools and seven seasonal member schools. He is a member of several California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) San Diego Section committees, such as the Board of Managers, Coordinating Council, Executive Committee, and the High School Sports Officiating Committee. Scott also proudly previously served on several State CIF committees. Before becoming the Director of SDUSD Athletics, Scott was a principal, coach, teacher, and associated student body (ASB) advisor.

Lonnie Jordan
District Athletic Director
Plano Independent School District, TX

Coach Jordan is currently in his 30th year in education. He has been Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Lone Oak High School and Lake Highlands High School. Most recently, Coach Jordan served as the Athletic Director for Highland Park ISD. He was recognized as District 6-3A coach of the year in 2014.

He has been named the 2019 Whataburger Coach of the Week, 2020 District 7-6A Coach of the Year, and a 2020 Tom Landry Coach of the Year Finalist. In 2021 The Dallas City Council Awarded Coach Jordan with the Community Impact Award. He was named the All City Coach of the Year 8 times and has led his teams to the playoffs every year he was a head coach. Coach Jordan received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Lonnie and his wife Laura have 3 children: Nate (23), Andy (22) and Ellie (19).

Darryl Nance
District Director of Athletics
Greenville County Schools, SC

Darryl Nance has 39 years of experience as a teacher and coach, along with 33 years as an athletic administrator. He is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator (NIAAA) and Certified Interscholastic Coach (NFHS). Currently, he serves as Director of Athletics for Greenville County Schools in South Carolina. Nance has been active in the SC Athletic Administrators Association since 2001 and was President in 2004.

He has received several awards, including the NIAAA State Award of Merit and the NFHS Citation of Excellence in 2022. Nance graduated from Furman University in 1985 and the United States Sports Academy in 1992.

Matt Ortman
District Director of Athletics and Activities
Blue Valley School District, KS

Matt Ortman, CAA, was named the Director of School Administration - Athletics and Activities for the Blue Valley School District in Overland Park Kansas in 2021.  He oversees all athletics and activities for the five high schools and nine middle schools.  He previously served as the Athletic Director at Blue Valley High School for 9 years.  Matt started his career in education at Blue Valley High teaching math and coaching multiple sports prior to becoming athletic director.  

Matt currently serves as the President of the Kansas Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (KIAAA).  He was named the KIAAA Athletic Director of the year in 2019.  Matt and his wife Mardy have two sons, Zach - 11 and AJ - 9.

Stacey Srsic
Program Manager
San Diego Unified School District, CA

Stacey currently serves as a program manager in the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) supporting athletics, the associated student body (ASB), clubs, physical education, adapted physical education, and student engagement. Before working at the district level, she served as a high school teacher, both social studies and College, Career & Technical Education (CCTE), ASB advisor, club advisor, and coach.

Stacey also currently serves as the faculty advisor to the district’s Council of ASB Presidents, where 21 high schools are represented, as well as the Student Advisory Board, where 25 middle and high schools are represented.
