Welcome to SchoolFundr.org ("the Platform"), an online fundraising platform designed to help schools and educational institutions raise funds for various projects and initiatives. We do not sell, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. No user information will be sold or shared in any way to any third party website for any reason whatsoever.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: 
  • To process transactions 
  • To send periodic emails 
  • Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the expressed purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested 
The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates. No emails are sent without your authorization.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. 
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential. 
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. 
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. No user information will be sold or shared in any way to any third party website for any reason whatsoever. 
There is basic information that you may transmit via third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. This only applies to actions you take by utilizing the share functionality that post information, with your permission, on www.facebook.com and www.twitter.com. No other information that is ever stored about you is shared with any third parties. 
For Example: if you choose to utilize the share functionality of the site to send messages via Facebook, you are governed by facebook’s privacy policy while completing actions on their website.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. 
We use cookies to:
  • Understand and save user’s preferences for future visits.
  • Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Internet Explorer) settings.
Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

This is currently not utilized by Schoolfundr in any way.

As a limited service-provider, Schoolfundr complies with all relevant provisions of the CCPA.

Access, correction, and deletion. If you wish to request access to, or correction or deletion of, your data, please contact us at legal@schoolfundr.org. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to decline requests that are unreasonable, excessive, or prohibited by law, could adversely affect the privacy or other rights of another person, or where we are unable to authenticate you as the person to whom the data relates.
Communications preferences. You can choose whether you wish to receive promotional communications from us by email and SMS. If you receive promotional email or SMS messages from us and would like to stop, you can do so by following the directions in that message. These choices do not apply to mandatory service communications that are part of certain of our services, or to surveys or other communications that may have their own unsubscribe method.
Advertising and analytics. Our third-party analytics and advertising partners typically provide options to opt-out of certain data collection or use. 
Do Not Track. Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” (DNT) features that can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our websites do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.
