Schoolfundr, the leading platform designed specifically for K-12 fundraising, is proud to announce the formation of its inaugural Advisory Council, composed of education leaders from across the nation. The Advisory Council will provide strategic guidance on key issues affecting school-based fundraising and help shape Schoolfundr’s efforts to make fundraising more efficient and stress-free for educators, ensuring students receive the resources they need to thrive.

Each member of the Advisory Council brings invaluable expertise, having first hand experience using the Schoolfundr platform. With deep knowledge of school communities and unique perspectives shaped by their diverse backgrounds and locations, these leaders will play a vital role in advising on the platform’s continued evolution and impact. Their insights will directly support Schoolfundr’s mission to simplify fundraising, ensuring the platform continues to help schools raise more while allowing them to keep everything they raise—making the process seamless and stress-free for educators so students can reach their full potential.

By establishing this Advisory Council, Schoolfundr reinforces its dedication to leading the way in addressing the fundraising challenges faced by schools today. Since its founding in 2022, Schoolfundr has become a trusted partner for school administrators, offering a platform that removes the barriers to raising funds from their communities. With no platform fees, Schoolfundr ensures that students keep all of the money they raise, with only the standard ~3% credit card processing fee deducted.

This innovative model sets Schoolfundr apart from traditional fundraising platforms, which often charge platform fees as high as 20% to 30%. Instead, Schoolfundr operates on a voluntary tipping system, where donors have the option to support the platform’s operational costs. This approach represents a significant shift in school fundraising, eliminating unnecessary fees and giving schools the chance to keep more of what they raise. By creating a more positive donor experience and maximizing the funds available to schools, Schoolfundr continues to fulfill its mission of making fundraising seamless and stress-free for educators, allowing them to focus on helping students reach their full potential.
