Schoolfundr has joined CT PTA as a Platinum Sponsor offering a digital fundraising solution for all Connecticut PTA schools.
The Connecticut Parent Teacher Association (CT PTA) has announced that Schoolfundr has joined as a Platinum Sponsor offering a digital fundraising solution for all PTA schools across the the state of Connecticut. CT PTA is a nonprofit association of over 200 PTA schools. The Connecticut PTA prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities and a strong advocate for public education.
This sponsorship will allow all 200 PTA schools to leverage Schoolfundr's education-specific fundraising platform to streamline their own fundraising efforts and provide more effective support to schools and students across the state.
Connecticut PTA schools have already raised over $60,000 on Schoolfundr’s platform all at no additional cost to the schools. Roger Ludlowe Middle School in Fairfield Connecticut raised over $30,000 for its Halloween Walk-a-Thon which utilized Schoolfundr’s activity based fundraising feature.
Numerous other Connecticut PTA's have already leveraged Schoolfundr’s platform, like Madison Middle School in Trumbull which raised over $13,000 for its Spring Walk-a-Thon and over $10,000 for its Fall Fun Run.
"We are very pleased to have Schoolfundr as a Platinum Sponsor to support our unit's in taking their fundraising efforts to the next level," said Connecticut PTA President Sonya Singh-Smith. "This sponsorship will amplify their fundraising efforts allowing them to keep everything they raise to support the critical work of their PTA"
Schoolfundr CEO Dennis Levene added, "We are honored to work with Connecticut PTA and help their units achieve their fundraising goals," said Levene. "Our platform is designed to make fundraising easier and more effective and we look forward to supporting Connecticut PTA's efforts to improve enrichment for all students. With Schoolfundr, units keep all of what they raise and it feels good to know that every dollar Connecticut PTA schools raise will go directly toward their mission."
